By registering for or using Piads Network ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. Piads Network reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Submitting URLs that contain adult content, malicious code, offensive or defamatory material
• Submitting URLs that automatically trigger pop-ups, redirects, or download prompts
• Using the Service to send unsolicited email (spam) or to promote illegal activities
• Attempting to manipulate the credit system through automated traffic, bots, or fraudulent means
• Creating multiple accounts to artificially inflate credits or referral counts

3. Pi Network Referrals

Piads Network displays Pi Network promotional ads on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your Pi Network username is valid and active. Piads Network makes no guarantees regarding Pi Network's referral program, mining rates, or the value of Pi cryptocurrency.

4. Display Credits

Display credits are earned when the Pi Network ad is displayed on your website. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. Piads Network reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or reset credits at its sole discretion.

5. Content Policy

Piads Network reserves the right to remove, suspend, or reject any target URL that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to adult content, malicious software, or legally questionable material. Violation may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of accumulated credits.

6. Referral Program

The Piads Network referral program allows you to earn display credits from the ad displays of members you refer, up to four levels deep. Piads Network reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

7. Warranties and Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Piads Network makes no guarantees as to server reliability, uptime, or the number of ad displays your site will receive. Piads Network is not liable for any loss of data, credits, or revenue arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

Piads Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, all accumulated credits are forfeited.
